Port can support quotes from any manufacturer. To date, Port has processed quotes from over 1,000 vendors, including all of the leading contract furniture manufacturers that serve North America.

How accurate is the extraction?
Port's AI system is trained specifically on contract furniture quotes. Port has processed tens of thousands of quotes, and accuracy improves as the system processes more quotes. Human accuracy for complex data entry has been measured at 93.43% by the International Journal of Medical Informatics (2025); Ports accuracy far exceeds human levels, but is not perfect; as such, Users are trained to check data extractions.

Does Port understand discounts, options, and surcharges?
